Prices:

All prices exclude VAT and Delivery Charges.

Sales Contract:

No contract shall be deemed to have been made until the fully completed order has been electronically submitted by the purchaser and received by dictateit.net and payment has passed the HSBC Credit Card Authorisation Process.

Payments:

Apart from on-line payment, we will also accept payment by cheque & BACS. For these methods of payment, goods will only be delivered once we have received cleared funds. All "card" payments are processed by HSBC online Secure ePayments system with the full security systems and guarantees associated with one of the most well known banks in the world.

Delivery:

We deliver to all mainland UK at the rates specified and would expect next business day delivery for small packages. In general, standard rate deliveries should take no more than two to three business days but may take longer in exceptional circumstances. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery, however caused.

Working/Business Days are Monday to Friday with a cut-off for processing of 5.00 pm e.g order on Friday before 5.00 pm - next day delivery is Monday. Order later on Friday or Saturday/Sunday - order processed Monday, next day delivery Tuesday.
Standard delivery : £6.50 + VAT

Overseas Orders:

Please email or telephone before placing your order.

Returns:

If, on receipt, the item is faulty/damaged in any way, e-mail or call us on 020 7222-1531 within SEVEN DAYS of receipt to arrange for return of goods. You will receive a replacement, full credit/refund - whichever you prefer. We want you to be 100% satisfied and happy to use us again.

Returns for other reasons e.g. trial, change of mind, wrong goods ordered etc. will also be accepted if notified to us in writing within SEVEN DAYS, but full refund for the goods will only be possible if items are in all original packaging and in full resaleable condition. For such returns the original delivery charge to you will not be refundable and you will be responsible for the return carriage charges.

We may accept returns after this period but not at 100% refund - contact us.

Warranty:

All goods are supplied with standard manufacturers warranties. In the event of a fault occuring during the warranty period, dictateit.net will deal with repair or replacement as proves necessary. Please notify us in writing of any warranty claim.
