The Olympus AS4000 Digital Transcription Kit includes the RS-28 footswitch and the E-102 stereo headset for hands-free operation. The AS4000 guarantees easy transcriptions of any DSS, WAV, WMA, and MP3 audio files. The application automatically receive audio files via email, shared network folders or FTP and notifies the transcriptionist of the arrival of new work.
Full Citrix and Terminal Service support is provided and it is compatible with POP3, SMTP, IMAP Microsoft Outlook, Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and Extended MAPI email environments.
