The Philips LFH7277 Transcription Kit is a powerful and user-friendly digital transcription system that turns your computer into a highly sophisticated transcription machine. The kit includes a Foot Pedal, headset and software. Providing a whole range of benefits to the busy transcriptionist, the software streamlines communications and allows you to organize recordings clearly and transparently.
The software can playback DSSPro, DSS, WAV, WMA and MP3 files, and will notify you of any new jobs coming in. Due to the familiar folder view, which is similar
to Windows Explorer, the time needed to get
accustomed to SpeechExec Pro can be kept to a
minimum. A configurable worklist enables the user
to sort, hide and show columns, etc., while the Job
status indicator shows whether a dictation is pending,
in progress or finished. Dictation files are transferred automatically using the
network, email or FTP. Automatic updates via internet
as well as the possibility to define default settings
provide highly convenient administration.
The Philips LFH7277 is also available as part of a special bundle which includes the Philips LFH9600 Digital Recorder. Together they are a perfect match for multi user network setup.
